This case study is based on a small group of houses that where manufactured and built for a housing association in Liverpool in 2016.

Week 1-3

Build trip concrete foundations, brickwork to DPC, concrete GF slab

Week 4-5

Erect GF SIP walls, install toilet pod and erect partition walls

Week 6

Install floor cassettes and stair flight

Week 6-7

Erect FF SIP walls, install bathroom pod, erect partition walls

Week 8

Erect roof truss and SIP gable walls

Week 9-15

Complete house
