Floor area of the extension is 24 square metres. SIP walls are 136mm thick panels, SIP 295mm thick roof cassettes. All compliant with the revised 2022 building regulations. 

Budget cost for the supply and delivery of aluminium bi-fold doors, upvc window and timber rooflights - £5,100.00 excluding VAT.

All prices current as March 2024.

An indicative price for the total build cost of this and similar extensions, foundations, brickwork, roof tiling, plastering, decoration, lighting and sockets, heating would be £2,150.00 per square metre plus VAT. This does not include floor finishes, planning or building control drawings and fees.
